• During busy seasons (such as holidays or market events), processing times may be slightly longer.

• We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Local Pick-Up & Markets

Since we often sell directly at markets and events, in-person pickup may be available. Please get in touch with us in advance if you’d like to arrange collection at one of our market locations.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship within the United States.

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• If your package is lost in transit, please notify us so we can assist with a carrier claim.
